Services
We offer services for every level, and each session is prescribed to get the individual, small group, or team the attention that they need. All sessions are by appointment only. If guidance is needed in picking a session, our coaches will be there to assist with the selection process.
1 on 1 - Goalkeeper
Individual training allows players to receive individual coaching in focused areas of the game. This 1 on 1 attention will allow players to grow in areas where they might not be able to grow in a team session. Goalkeeper work includes the following: handling, footwork, distribution, key concepts of the game, tactical awareness, etc.
Small Group - Goalkeeper (Groups of 2-6 players)
Similar to 1 on 1 sessions, small group training has a similar effectiveness as individual training. This training allows for players to get more attention then they would in a team or group session. Goalkeeper work includes the following: handling, footwork, distribution, key concepts of the game, tactical awareness, etc.
Academy (Ages 7-10; 7 or more players) or Club & High School Team Training (Ages 11-18; 10-22 players)
Team Training and Academy Training will allow for the team to grow in multiple aspects of the game. Technical and Tactical areas will allow for a unified approach to making the team better. Speed, agility, team culture, technical, and tactical awareness, and mental conditioning exercises will be added to the sessions. Sessions last for 1.5 hours for Team sessions.
